Gap Analyses – to identify where work is required to achieve compliance, followed by detailed recommendations report and advice on implementation.
Implementation Plans – Help with development of implementation plans covering prioritising actions, physical changes, working practices, personnel practices, culture change, system development and implementation.
Pre-certification Audits – To help identify any areas for fine tuning prior to the formal audit to avoid unnecessary non-conformances.
Technical Management System Development and Documentation – help with development and compilation of management systems that are capable of practical implementation in a working environment and that meet the requirements of the Standard. Integration with existing systems is strived for to avoid unnecessary duplication.
Hazard and Risk Analysis – using a well established practical, realistic approach to ensure that all hazards and identified and that full control is easily demonstrated.
Designated Manager/Hazard and Risk Management Team Training – on site training for the Designated Manager and Deputy and/or the Hazard and Risk Management Team to ensure suitable competence and confidence. Courses tailored to the needs of the individual company with site and product specific content.
Internal Audits – development of audit procedures, check lists and corrective action systems, training of internal auditors, and undertaking audits as a “competent third party”.
Supplier Audits/Appraisal – development of supplier and subcontractor appraisal systems, training of auditors and undertaking audits as a “competent third party”.
Personnel Training – Basic Hygiene/Hazard Analysis/Risk Assessment and Product Safety training delivered on site and made site, product and process specific.
Refresher Training – development of refresher training courses for in house delivery, or delivery by Effective Control Ltd. Course content to concentrate on site specific issues and to include any internal management issues/messages as required.
Advice/Guidance on achievement/maintenance of Certification – Help with organising the Certification process, liaising with Certification Bodies, attendance during audits, help with provision of Corrective Action evidence and management of the whole process.
