Hygiene, HACCP (including Pre-Requisite Programmes) and Quality System Development and Documentation – To meet customer, industry or certification body requirements for transparent, practical systems that are properly implemented in a working environment. Hygiene Management Systems, HACCP Studies, Mature HACCP System Procedures, Pre-requisite Programmes, Hazard and Risk Management Systems, Integrated Management Systems, Process Control Procedures, etc.
Bench Marking against Industry or “in house” Standards – audits of your company systems, practices and standards to measure performance of Hygiene, HACCP and Quality Management Systems against similar companies within your sector, sister companies within your Group, internal targets, or against published industry Standards (BRC Global Standards, ISO 22000, FEFCO GMP). Recommendations on areas to improve/change and advice on how to achieve long lasting results.
Continuous Improvement Audits/Inspections – very popular with long term clients to help keep Hygiene, HACCP and Quality improvements moving forward ensuring continually improving standards and systems. Contracts include continual email/telephone advice, one or two site visits per year with flexible agendas to deal with issues as they arise, plus up dates on industry trends and advice on keeping ahead of competitors. Note – continuous improvement does not mean simply doing more and more, it means getting better at what you already do!
Hygiene, HACCP and Quality System Implementation and Facilitation – help with “making it happen” in a busy, pressurised production environment. Using expertise and experiences gathered from over 150 other companies and sharing best practice that has resulted in sustainable change that doesn’t just happen on the day of an audit but is part of the company’s day to day culture. Often involves mentoring throughout change programmes and regular progress reviews. Can be delivered as part of a Factory Improvement Programme or for achievement of Certification.
Integration of Management Systems – help with streamlining and integration of company management systems to avoid duplication and to minimise the documentary burden of multiple systems/certifications.
Supplier/Sub-contractor Development – development of supplier and/or sub-contractor appraisal systems to ensure that they have “adequate technical practices which are maintained, audited and documented”. Completion of supplier and/or sub-contractor audits and help with improvements if/where necessary.
Technical Consultancy to deal with specific internal or customer issues – specific help dealing with internal Hygiene, HACCP or Quality Management issues, internal non-conformances, customer complaints, customer audits, corrective action responses, etc.
